Since April 2025, as Director at Allfoye Managementberatung, I have been mainly responsible for agile transformation support and culture development. My work focuses on supporting mid-sized companies through change processes, especially in organizational development, corporate culture, and leadership development.

Our team consists of experienced management consultants, Design Thinking trainers, and practitioners who work at the interface between people and technology with conviction and passion. Together, we have carried out more than 250 successful transformation projects - and for this we were awarded Best of Consulting 2023 in the categories Organization and Digital Transformation.

URBNTIGER was a start-up from Munich that I co-founded and that offered online training to help people stay fit both physically and mentally. The offer combined fitness and mental training to promote movement and mental health, especially in everyday life or while working from home. The goal was to help customers achieve more well-being and a clear mind through digital offers, with a focus on holistic health promotion.
