For over 25 years, I've supported companies, authorities and corporate groups in security-critical IT projects – where responsibility, structure and decisive action are needed. As an experienced IT project manager, program lead and interim manager, I take charge exactly in the situations where others hesitate: migrations, crises, compliance audits, complex transformations, or building robust IT infrastructures.

I blend strategic thinking with hands-on depth – paired with a strong understanding of people, organizations and dynamics. My clients appreciate my calm, goal-focused approach, my analytical mindset and my ability to keep a clear head even under pressure.

My view of leadership is clear: leadership is about providing direction, making decisions and empowering others to take ownership. It means understanding systems – both technical and organizational – and shaping them for lasting impact. I never go for quick fixes, but focus on long-term stability, security and effectiveness.
