After more than 38 years of professional experience in the automotive industry, I would like to bring my extensive technical expertise, many years of leadership experience and strong skills in employee development into a new position of responsibility. As a master automotive electrician and certified Technical Trainer, I have a broad range of experience, from day-to-day workshop operations, workshop management and personnel responsibility to technical training and employee development. This combination of sound practical knowledge, leadership skills and many years of experience enables me to view both technical and organizational challenges from different perspectives and develop focused solutions.
My more than twenty years as a certified Technical Trainer at Volkswagen AG had a particularly strong influence on me. In addition to the technical training of employees, my responsibilities included developing modern training concepts, teaching new technologies and processes, and continuously improving workflows. One important lesson from this period is that sustainable change can only be successful when employees are involved, motivated and brought on board for common goals.
