Managing weekly part-time staff roster and controlling staff cost at site by effective cost planning.

Managing and controlling stock of uniform items.

Tracking cheating reports at site and strictly following company policy.

Planning and organizing content for monthly meetings at site.

Saving 10% of staff cost for the year based on the P&L report.

Generating a friendly and competitive working environment and promoting part-time staff.

Training team leaders on leadership, staff promotion and self-learning skills.

Managing and controlling warehouse operations at site and booking red invoices in the system.

Establishing and administering annual budget controls to prevent overages, minimize burn rate and support sustainability objectives.

Managing and controlling stock to maintain balanced COGS and forecasting orders based on movie lineup.

Providing feedback to Cinema Manager about sales revenue and resolving technical and operational issues during development and production.

Checking and updating documents related to hygiene, green cards and certificates of goods.

Conducting monthly stock counts and reporting imbalances to Accounting Team and Cinema Manager.

Ensuring revenues at the popcorn factory meet targets and maintaining relationships with suppliers.

Controlling COGS at site and guiding team leaders on task operations, leading to promotions to supervisory roles.

Demonstrating document management skills, ability to work under pressure and collaborating with other departments.

Planning lobby activities and cinema decorations for seasonal trends and movie themes.

Expanding relationships with external partners to drive group sales and meeting membership and group sales targets.

Implementing daily hygiene checklists and working with maintenance staff and building management to ensure a safe and professional environment.

Inspecting cleanliness of areas and equipment to ensure sanitary standards.

Following daily movie schedule and providing feedback on customer trends.
