Description

The focus is on coordination, data management, and expert consulting:

  • Consulting the Digital Analytics Team

  • Advising on all topics related to the Digital Analytics team.

  • Participating in program meetings and other project-related appointments.

  • Providing expert advice to ensure smooth information and communication flow among program stakeholders and the Digital Analytics team.

  • Conceptual consulting in data management

  • Further developing online tracking with Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  • Creating and optimizing reports using Power BI.

  • Consulting and designing concepts for efficient data use within the program.

  • Process consulting for the DA team

  • Adapting the Digital Analytics organization to the new system landscape and processes during and after implementation.

  • Introducing new processes to optimize the DA organization within the RAITT environment.

  • Board-level services

  • Preparing and presenting current challenges to support board-level decision-making.

  • Developing and presenting solution options to aid decision making.

Requirements

Must-have Skills:

  • Consulting skills: Experience advising Digital Analytics teams and program stakeholders.
  • Project & stakeholder management: Ability to coordinate among various program stakeholders.
  • Data management & analysis: Expertise in using and enhancing online tracking tools (especially Google Analytics 4).
  • Reporting & visualization: Proficient with Power BI for creating and optimizing reports.
  • Process optimization: Experience developing and implementing new processes to improve a Digital Analytics organization.
  • Strategic communication: Ability to present complex issues for board-level decision-making.
  • IT affinity: Understanding of new system landscapes and their impact on existing processes.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Agile methodologies: Experience with agile practices and tools like Jira or Confluence.
  • Change management: Ability to guide and steer organizational changes.
  • Business understanding: Knowledge of business case development and financial evaluation of data strategies
