- Creation and alignment of functional specifications for the online products with a development team
- Creation and coordination of requirement artifacts for the online products using a Scrum-based approach
- Coordination and management of collaboration between business stakeholders and the online products’ development teams
- Organization and facilitation of effort estimations for maintenance, upkeep, and further development of the online products
- Business analysis of requirements for the online products
- Planning, creation, and execution of business acceptance tests in collaboration with software testers
- 3rd-level support for existing online applications, including analysis and proposed solutions for bug fixes
- Ensuring accessibility
Requirements
- Very good experience in requirements analysis & OOA
- Good modeling know-how in UML, ideally Innovator
- Knowledge of business process modeling (BPMN)
- Track & trace tools (JIRA, ideally ARS Remedy)
- Knowledge of agile software development (SCRUM)
- Fluent German skills
