Summary
I support manufacturing companies in Pharma/MedTech and mechanical engineering with their industrial transformation, from strategy to measurable implementation. To do this, I founded PentaVision by Thomas Kreutle in September 2026, initially as a part-time business; full-time operations are planned from January 2027.
Most companies do not have a technology problem, but rather the challenge of safely integrating new technologies into established production systems: vendor-independent, validation-ready and with measurable benefits. This is exactly where I come in.
The foundation for this is over 20 years at Uhlmann Pac-Systeme, from electrical designer to Director: award-winning industrial software (Pexcite, Red Dot Award 2022, iF Design Award 2023), track-and-trace systems with over 900 installations worldwide, including MES/ERP integration, and helping build a digital unit with 170 employees.
