Seitenkumpel — agents build websites for trade businesses, unattended. Own product, live.
- Agents research public company data and build complete websites from it, with nobody watching
- A validation layer makes sure extraction errors fail loudly instead of passing quietly
- Acquisition runs through a postcard funnel with a screenshot and a QR code, subscription model from 79 euros a month
- Result: several hundred websites built, running unattended
- Honest limit: there are no paying subscriptions yet — the funnel is built, the revenue is not there
Stack: agent workflows built directly without a framework, Claude and OpenAI APIs, TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare Workers, web scraping, data enrichment
AI Engineer (Freelance)
Real-estate finance firm, Munich (client)
Evidure — AI analysis memos from due-diligence data rooms. Paid client project, in daily use.
Agents read financing and due-diligence documents and draft finished analysis memos: multi-step online research, validated fields, every statement carrying its source
Cases the model is unsure about go back to the analyst instead of passing through unnoticed — the thresholds are calibrated on real documents, not on a test set
Prompt quality is measured against a fixed set of test cases; without it you cannot tell whether a change fixed a problem or just moved it somewhere else
Built and owned end to end on my own: document intake, retrieval, orchestration, approval workflow, interface
Result: from data room to finished memo in about twenty minutes, in daily use by the analysts since it was built
The same client came back for a second project
Stack: Claude Agent SDK, Claude and OpenAI APIs, MCP, RAG with source attribution, evaluation and test sets, React, TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare Workers
Full-Stack Developer (Freelance)
Real-estate finance firm, Munich (client)
Corporate website with a protected client area — second engagement from the same client after Evidure.
- Design, implementation and operation from one hand
- Protected client area on top of the public site
- That a client comes back for a second project is the part I would look at first if I were hiring
Stack: React, TypeScript, Supabase, Cloudflare
Developer & Operator
OXO UG
HyPeMa — SaaS for cold outreach. Own product, live.
- Manages leads, pre-qualifies them and runs email sequences with minimal manual intervention
- Tenants are strictly separated from each other and sequences keep running unsupervised
- Anything that fails lands in a visible error path rather than nowhere
- Deliverability is the actual engineering problem here, not the sending: authentication chain with SPF, DKIM and DMARC, monitoring, engagement handling
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, Supabase, PostgreSQL, OpenAI API, multi-tenant architecture, mail infrastructure
Co-Founder & AI Builder — AI products from idea to production
OXO UG
- Co-founder of OXO, a small studio that builds and runs its own AI products alongside client work
- I handle development, operations and client contact myself — from the first conversation to the running system
- Client work includes Evidure, an AI system for a Munich real-estate finance firm that has been in daily use since it was built (own entry below)
- Agent workflows built directly on the Claude Agent SDK and model APIs, not through a framework
- RAG with source attribution, evaluation and test sets, human-in-the-loop wherever being wrong is expensive
- TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers, Docker
- Claude and OpenAI APIs, MCP — Claude Code daily
- I read and adapt Python but develop in TypeScript and Node
- Remote, delivering on my own without subcontractors
Developer
OXO UG
classmAite — AI learning companion used in schools, in three languages. Live.
- Built from prompt and agent design through to the interface
- Running in real school use, which means real users who are not developers and do not read documentation
- Three languages, with the content model kept separate from the language layer
Stack: Claude and OpenAI APIs, React, TypeScript, Supabase
Founder & Operator
wirdruckendeinauto
wirdruckendeinauto — own e-commerce business for custom car art. Running since 2020.
- Built and ran the shop for six years: over 1,000 cars drawn, 4.7 out of 5 on Trustpilot, mid five-figure total revenue
- Managed six freelance artists, from assigning commissions through to invoicing
- Moved the shop off Shopify onto my own codebase in 2026: the customer uploads a photo of their car, picks one of four AI styles, and sees an instant mockup on the print products
- Six years of running something that has to work without me watching it, with real customers, real refunds and real deadlines
Stack: TypeScript, Node.js, React, PostgreSQL, Stripe, image generation via model APIs

Summary
I build and run AI products from idea to production, with a focus on agent workflows that have to work reliably in daily use. I work hands-on across development, operations and client contact, and I care a lot about validation, measurable quality and fail-loud systems instead of silent errors.
My clearest work is in real-estate finance: agents that read due-diligence data rooms and draft analysis memos with source-backed statements, routing uncertain cases back to analysts. I also build web products and customer portals, and I run AI products of my own. My stack is mainly TypeScript, Node.js, React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Cloudflare Workers, Claude and OpenAI APIs, MCP, Docker and Claude Agent SDK.
