agentic-engineer.online is my publicly testable live demo and at the same time the platform where I show my work. Originally created as a recruitment trial task, I have since continued to run it as my own demo, learning, and product project — on a Hetzner VPS behind a Cloudflare tunnel, through a multi-stage AI-orchestrated deploy pipeline with snapshot rollback. If a deploy step breaks, the system falls back to the last clean snapshot, the script is adjusted, the test repeated — empirical, test-driven, without hand tuning.
- Technically behind it: Python and FastAPI, an OpenRouter model cascade, SQLite persistence, and Cloudflare edge tuning.
- I am the developer and the strictest customer of my own AI work in one person — what started as a prototype has become a tool I use every day and against which I test my own products.

Laravel and Magento 2 development
- Developed and expanded a custom web editor for product customization (flyers, mugs, and more) as a core part of the in-house web-to-print solution — frontend and backend in Laravel.
- Took full ownership of Magento 2 development for multiple shops and integrated the in-house customization tool as a plugin, including dynamic product configurations, multi-store support, and payment gateways.
- Developed RESTful APIs between the web editor, print infrastructure, and Magento shops and built performance-optimized MySQL database structures.

Summary
For around two years now, I have been a fully focused Agentic Engineer with owner responsibility for AI solutions — from schema to hosting. My approach: empirically reinforced, session-spanning building with the context that creates value.
Around ten years of software development, with the last two years fully focused on the agent harness. Since generative AI with ChatGPT became mainstream in late 2022, my AI focus has steadily grown; since the launch of Claude Code in early 2025, I have worked with it every day (before that Cursor, before that early ChatGPT and agentic experiments — I saw the signs early). I have decided for myself that Agentic Engineering is my top priority.
For about a year and a half now, I have consciously moved from the pure developer mode into the owner role for AI solutions: I carry the full responsibility — data model, pipeline, deployment, hosting. I see it as my responsibility to stay at the forefront of AI development: constantly learning with AI, rethinking my own workflows, and continuously re-evaluating best practices. Empirical, day-to-day work.
Development has never stopped, though: my web and AI background keeps going — TypeScript, Python, React, Docker Compose are still part of my daily tools.
