In my role as managing director of QFITS GmbH, I support companies throughout the entire project cycle – from requirement gathering and process analysis to designing suitable system solutions and on to implementation and quality assurance. My focus is on the introduction and integration of POS and ERP systems as well as their seamless connection to existing backend systems and interfaces.
- Direct Food Distributor (09/2025 – 05/2026)** Supported a project from requirement analysis to the introduction and integration of a new POS system for a direct food distributor. A special focus was on archiving POS logs and preparing and providing them as transactions for connected external systems. Additionally, I designed and set up functional tests and performance tests for the existing backend system that needed to be seamlessly integrated with the POS system.

In my role as Senior Consultant at CGI, I advised clients on the implementation and further development of POS and ERP systems. The focus was on a holistic view of business processes, especially in the retail and trading environment, and their representation in suitable system landscapes.
Food Distributor (2023 - 2025)** Enhanced a POS software with a focus on the seamless integration of existing ERP, CRM, and OMS systems to consistently map campaigns, preorders, and cancellations in the POS system and transfer them directly into the sales process. Among other things, responsible for ensuring stable end-to-end process integration and managing a test team to secure everything from requirement analysis to go-live. Accelerated regression testing from three months to 2 weeks, drastically improving time to market and release frequency.
Bavarian Automaker (2022 - 2023)** Prepared and supported an international SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout including UAT coordination. Further developed the test strategy with a focus on risk-based prioritization and stable end-to-end processes. Improved transparency and control through structured reporting to program management and business units, and served as a central contact for test automation and SAP Solution Manager.
Sporting Goods Retailer (2022)** Built financial reporting and designed and implemented data transfer from a POS system to a financial system. Ensured a consistent and automated data base for revenue representation and improved transparency for finance and controlling reporting.
Fashion Retailer (2022)** Led the end-to-end introduction of a new POS system, including planning and managing the rollout at over 80 locations. Responsible for stakeholder alignment and business unit coordination, as well as designing and implementing data integration and connection to external systems. Supported technical and operational go-live activities, including user setup, system integration, and coordination of all rollout-specific tasks to ensure a smooth go-live and stable daily operations.
