In my role as Managing Director of QFITS GmbH, I support companies throughout the entire project cycle - from requirements gathering and process analysis to the design of suitable system solutions and all the way to implementation and quality assurance. My focus is on the introduction and integration of POS and ERP systems as well as their seamless connection to existing backend systems and interfaces.
Direct food sales (09/2025 – 05/2026) Support of a project from requirements analysis to the introduction and integration of a new POS system for a direct food sales company. A special focus was on archiving POS logs as well as preparing and providing them as transactions for connected surrounding systems. In addition, design and setup of functional tests and performance tests for the existing backend system, which had to be seamlessly integrated with the POS system.

As a Senior Consultant at CGI, I advised customers on the introduction and further development of POS and ERP systems. The focus was on a holistic view of business processes, especially in the retail and commerce environment, and how to map them in suitable system landscapes.
Food sales (2023 - 2025) Further development of a POS software with a focus on the seamless integration of existing ERP, CRM and OMS systems in order to map campaigns, pre-orders and cancellations consistently in the cash register system and transfer them directly into the sales process. Among other things, I was responsible for ensuring stable end-to-end process integration and leading a test team to secure the process from requirements analysis to go-live. Reduced the regression test duration from three months to 2 weeks, which significantly improved time-to-market and release frequency.
Bavarian automotive manufacturer (2022 - 2023) Preparation and support of an international SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout incl. UAT coordination. Further development of the test strategy with a focus on risk-based prioritization and stable end-to-end processes. Improved transparency and control through structured reporting to program management and business departments, as well as a central role as contact person for test automation and SAP Solution Manager.
Sports retailer (2022) Setup of financial reporting as well as design and implementation of data transfer from a POS system into a financial system. Ensured a consistent and automated data basis to map sales and improve transparency for finance and controlling reporting.
Fashion retailer (2022) End-to-end introduction of a new POS system including planning and controlling the rollout at more than 80 locations. Responsible for coordination with business departments and stakeholders as well as for the design and implementation of data integration and connection to surrounding systems. Support of the technical and operational go-live including user setup, system integration and coordination of all rollout-specific activities to ensure a smooth go-live and stable daily operations.
