During my time as a Senior Consultant at CGI, I advised clients on the implementation and enhancement of POS and ERP systems. The focus was on a holistic view of business processes, especially in the retail environment, and mapping them into suitable system landscapes.

• Food distribution (2023 – 2025)** Enhanced a POS software with a focus on end-to-end integration of existing ERP, CRM, and OMS systems to consistently map campaigns, preorders, and cancellations in the POS system and transfer them directly into the sales process. Among other duties, I was responsible for ensuring stable end-to-end process integration and leading a test team to cover everything from requirements analysis to go-live. I reduced regression testing time from three months to two weeks, drastically improving time-to-market and release frequency.

• Bavarian car manufacturer (2022 – 2023)** Prepared and supported an international SAP S/4HANA Finance rollout, including UAT coordination. I further developed the test strategy with a focus on risk-based prioritization and stable end-to-end processes. I improved transparency and control through structured reporting to program management and business units and served as the central point of contact for test automation and SAP Solution Manager.

• Sporting goods retailer (2022)** Built a financial reporting system and designed and implemented data transfer from a POS system to a financial system. I ensured a consistent and automated data foundation for capturing sales and improving transparency for financial and controlling reporting.

• Fashion retailer (2022)** Led the end-to-end introduction of a new POS system, including planning and managing the rollout across more than 80 locations. I was responsible for coordinating with business units and stakeholders, and for designing and executing data integration and connections to upstream systems. I oversaw technical and operational go-live activities, including user setup, system integration, and coordination of all rollout-specific activities to ensure a smooth launch and stable daily operations.
