I'm Hakan and the face behind Ersu Consulting GmbH and even more important – I have a mission: not just to scale companies for the long term, but also to bring fresh air into the coaching & marketing "bubble"!
"Host a webinar", "Just make more calls", "Just sell them something", "Your pace is just whack", "Your content is trash" and more... I just can't listen to it anymore!
Phrases like that or quick-rich methods from gurus are a dime a dozen, but you don't need those, you need honest advice instead!
Why? Because I know the ups and downs of agencies, freelancers and self-employed people from my own experience inside out. From the repositioned "one-stop-shop business" to sleepless nights, lack of structure, irregular retainers and finally "stomachache clients".
That's exactly what I went through as a "jack of all trades".
After a year of frustration, I decided to make a change, turned my marketing agency making millions upside down, set up systems, took it to a new level at rocket speed and finally hit the first million € without any "fancy gimmick tutorials"!
Since other agencies and coaches got excited about these successes, I decided to share all my strategies and launched the brand AgencyRocket.
