I am an HR and Learning & Development consultant with 15 years of corporate experience in multinational environments, including Barilla and CNH Industrial. I help organisations translate business challenges into effective people development strategies, leadership programmes and organisational change initiatives. My work combines strategic thinking with hands-on experience in designing and delivering tailored learning solutions, leadership development programmes, executive and management coaching, team facilitation, and culture transformation.
I partner with HR leaders and business stakeholders to strengthen leadership capabilities, foster collaboration, build learning cultures and support organisations navigating complexity and change.
