Summary
I am an experienced mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.), project manager and management consultant with a strong focus on process optimization, quality management and strategic product development. With my engineering firm Faycestar-Engineering I support companies in Germany and Europe to systematically analyze, optimize and implement their processes in a sustainable way – especially as preparation for a successful digitization. My approach is based on the belief that only stable, lean and controlled processes can be efficiently digitized.
As part of my developed approach "Process 4.0" I accompany organizations along the entire value chain – from strategic alignment to operational implementation to evaluation of results and KPIs. In doing so, I combine classic engineering methods with modern management and digitization approaches.
In parallel, I have actively worked for several years in a VDI project on strategic product planning (SPP) with the aim of making product development more efficient, faster and more competitive through the targeted use of digital tools.
