Summary
I am an experienced mechanical engineer (Dipl.-Ing.), project manager and management consultant with a strong focus on process optimization, quality management and strategic product development. With my engineering consultancy Faycestar-Engineering, I support companies in Germany and Europe in analyzing, optimizing and sustainably implementing their processes in a structured way – particularly as preparation for successful digitalization. My approach is based on the belief that only stable, lean and controlled processes can be digitalized efficiently.
