- Public announcement system, Sacramento Regional Transit. Technical project manager. Delivered in-vehicle agents and cloud applications monitoring train systems, bringing SacRT's light rail network into regulatory compliance. JavaScript, Python, Docker, industrial gateways.
- Tower infrastructure monitoring, US Customs & Border Protection. Technical project manager. Built monitoring that kept remote border-surveillance towers operational with minimal manual intervention; deployed on-premise under strict security requirements.
- Transfer-switch monitoring, Boston-area hospitals. Developer. Delivered monitoring and remote control of electrical transfer switches, unlocking up to $70,000 per day in peak-rate energy savings. Modbus TCP/RTU, SNMP, Python, cloud integration.
- Ford SYNC and NLP integrations, Cisco/Ford partnership. Developer and project manager. Prototyped in-vehicle calling and connected traffic-light workflows, demoed at the Detroit Smart Parking Lab; took a Cisco MindMeld NLP integration from proof of concept to live demo in 24 hours.
