A concrete example:

Step 2: Found a candidate – now what?
Found a candidate?! Excellent! Now you have two options:
- You contact the candidate directly yourself: on the profile page you will find contact details for reaching out directly.
- FRATCH arranges the meeting for you: simply click "Schedule meeting" – we take care of the rest.
Step 3: No suitable candidate among them? We are here to help!
If, against expectations, none of the suggested candidates fit or their availability is unclear – don't worry, we will help you:
Load more candidates: just click "+ More candidates" and have new profiles shown.
Check availability: candidates whose availability is uncertain are contacted with a single click – within 4 hours you receive fresh, matching suggestions from candidates who had not confirmed their availability.
Step 4: Our insider tip – reach your goal faster
