HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

For our client, Europe's largest operator of electronics stores, we are immediately filling the following freelance position for about 6 months: HR Business Partner (m/f/d)

• Start: Immediately
• Workload: 37.5 hrs
• Duration: 6 months
• 50% remote Your Responsibilities
• You are the main contact for managers on all strategic and operational HR topics along the employee lifecycle
• You analyze and evaluate department structures, processes and HR metrics to derive recommendations and actions for continuous improvement in coordination with managers
• You are responsible for executing ongoing HR processes such as performance & potential review, personnel cost planning and salary rounds

• You are responsible for various cross-functional topics or projects from conception through implementation to optimization
• You independently manage the implementation of organizational changes
• You work with works councils in a trusting and constructive manner Your Profile
• You bring extensive project and leadership experience
• You have already acted as a competent contact for management on cross-company projects
• You have extensive experience in supporting organizational changes and change management
• You have a hands-on mentality, and are strong both conceptually and operationally
• With your empathy and communication skills, you are a pleasant, reliable and preferred point of contact
• Fluent German and English skills complete your profile
