With extensive experience as a business partner, HR consultant, and in senior HR roles, I have deep expertise in building and professionalizing HR structures. In particular, through my many years in HR interim management, I have repeatedly supported organizations in growth, transformation, and M&A situations, rebuilt HR functions, harmonized international structures, and prepared companies for the next stage of scaling. In addition, I successfully completed the Executive Education program “M&A Success Strategies” at INSEAD, further deepening my practical experience in M&A. This has given me a holistic *>@° view of organizational structures, HR processes, and business contexts, and I have successfully implemented HR strategies, organizational development measures, as well as transformation and digitalization initiatives.

Alongside the strategic alignment of HR, I bring a strong hands-on mentality. Over many years, I have not only designed and managed operational HR projects, transformation efforts, and change initiatives but have always executed them myself. From talent and organizational development to labor law issues, works council collaboration, and restructurings, to implementing new processes, HR systems, and governance structures, I roll up my sleeves wherever it’s needed for success. This combination of strategic foresight, operational execution strength, and personal commitment allows me to develop sustainable solutions and firmly anchor them in the organization.

A special focus of my work is creating transparent and scalable HR structures that support sustainable growth, organizational stability, and informed management and investor decisions. My achievements include restructuring corporate and business units, overseeing M&A and integration processes, introducing and standardizing HR processes, advancing compensation and performance management systems, and supporting international growth initiatives. Additionally, I have advised many executive teams and leaders on organizational development, workforce planning, culture development, and transformation on an equal footing.
