With extensive experience as a business partner, HR consultant, and in senior HR roles, I have deep expertise in building and professionalizing HR structures. In particular, through my many years in HR interim management, I have repeatedly supported organizations in growth, transformation, and M&A situations, rebuilt HR functions, harmonized international structures, and prepared companies for the next stage of scaling.
