In my view, fun has a big impact on productivity and satisfaction. When the person I'm talking to enjoys listening to me and I have their attention, I can place my message exactly where I want. A further benefit for colleagues and employees: as much as possible, I can keep them on board. If I'm happy, I don't plan to leave. That's my theory.

For me, communication is the ultimate discipline. As simple as communication sounds, it's just as challenging. Every day I talk with customers, executives, and colleagues. I usually use first names, sometimes formal 'Sie' – at least when I don't know the other person.

Cultural differences? They exist, but they don't pose a problem. On the contrary: we always learn something new.

This is what defines us. Being open to everything and everyone, gathering and discussing ideas, actively involving our customers and taking in feedback. Then we just give it a try. That's how innovation and the lightweight nature of aiFind come to life.

This is what a system should be these days in our eyes. A lean, self-explanatory interface that I enjoy working with. A comfortable and efficient system. That's what aiFind, just like me, embodies.
