Summary
I became a manager for the first time at 26. What I learned then has stayed with me to this day: The most important relationship I lead is the one with myself. And this has a major influence on how I lead, how my team works and how my company develops. If I know my patterns, I can change and develop them.
As the founder of Maison Noire, I am a sparring partner for Female CEOs and their teams. We make visible the patterns that shape leadership, collaboration and relationships within a team. Because what you understand, you can consciously shape and develop together with your company.
In leadership coaching, I support Female CEOs as a sparring partner with personal and strategic leadership questions. During team offsites, I work with existing teams on values, strengths and roles – so that collaboration does not only look good in a mission statement, but is also lived in everyday work.
