At Bytro Labs (Stillfront Group), I was the sole technology decision-maker at the executive table, responsible for the entire technology budget, strategy and roadmap, and for a department I built from the ground up to 25 people. I hired and developed seven team leads.
At Baader FPI, as Digital Tech Lead, I delivered a real-time factory control system and a SCADA-to-MES platform for a large international poultry processor. I was responsible for C/C++ and C# development according to ISO 25010, coordinated development across six countries, and worked with the Vision AI team on automated quality control.
As Co-Founder and CTO of Sourcera.ai, I took an enterprise SaaS product from zero to MVP in 54 days with the team I built, initiated the ISO-27001 and TISAX certification processes, and won an anchor customer with 250k € ARR.
