- Worked with Broadreach Consulting as a Solution Architect for the Digital Experience Program (DXP) to create the reference architecture for the customer portal, mobile app and digital analytics capabilities. Customers use the portal and mobile application to monitor their electricity consumption, pay bills and apply for new solar installations. The analytics platform is used by Horizon Power data scientists to recommend new electricity products (tariffs) to customers and predict transformer overloads.
