Most recently until Nov.24, I was Senior Project Manager at Charite Berlin and the BioCube laboratories in Buch near Berlin. Before that, I worked as Senior Site Manager for electrical engineering (company Bauer), energy plants with Hamburg power grid and Enercity, as well as HVAC and plumbing with R.O.M., and earlier as a self-employed Site Manager and Project Manager at Bombardier in Hennigsdorf near Berlin as a Facility Manager.

Here I was responsible for the refurbishment and expansion of 11 transformer stations including a 30 kV/10 kV substation, and for securing the power supply of office buildings and production halls. I followed various safety regulations for energy systems, managed tendering and contracting procedures for subcontractors, handled inspections and completion, and handed over to the operator (ICE and tram production).

Before my roles as Project Manager at Bombardier and as an MEP Site Manager in Hamburg at ADM via Schulz Systemtechnik, I had been self-employed since 1990 as an engineer in building services, focusing on electrical systems, air conditioning, heating, sanitary installations, drywall, and fitted kitchens.

My role has always covered the entire project process, including communication with authorities, public tenders, energy system planning, and subcontractor coordination (work safety, fire protection, trade management).

My strengths are in overall site management or focusing on MEP and electrical systems. I also handle project commissioning in the energy and industrial sectors, and I maintain contacts with subcontractors, clients, and their staff very successfully and sustainably, thanks to an honest and reliable work and communication approach.

Before 1990, I was Head of Energy and Electrical Engineering in mining, responsible for all electrical systems, a 110 kV/30 kV substation, my own Amsdorf power plant, and various substations for the briquette factory, bitumen factory, open-pit mine, and technical base for about 3,000 employees. The substations converted 110 kV to 30 kV, 30 kV to 10/6 kV, and 3 kV DC (for electric locomotives).
