As Learning & Development Expert, I design development pathways, career models, and compensation frameworks, conduct development and salary reviews, and establish a learning culture that connects individual growth with corporate strategy. As People Tech Strategist, I drive the digital transformation of the HR function, identify relevant technologies, and implement GDPR-compliant HR systems including AI integration. As People Data Analyst, I collect and interpret people data, develop metrics and visualisations, and derive strategic recommendations to improve employee satisfaction and retention. As Talent Sourcer, I own the end-to-end recruiting process — from active candidate outreach and job advertising through selection interviews to managing the talent pool and external recruitment partners. I also serve as Circle Ambassador for the People Circle. Across all these roles, I form the central people function shaping the strategic and operational foundation for a future-oriented, human-centred organisation at BITGRIP.
