A company is seeking a skilled and driven Technical Specialist to develop surface conditioning processes for DCB and AMB substrates, define copper surface quality criteria for EMC adhesion, and lead in-house or supplier-based process improvements.
The goal of the project is to enhance the adhesion between epoxy-based materials and copper surfaces, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. The role involves hands-on work with industrial-scale processes and collaboration with suppliers to achieve process improvements.
- Develop and optimize surface conditioning processes for DCB and AMB substrates.
- Define copper surface quality criteria for EMC adhesion.
- Lead process improvements, both in-house and supplier-based.
