Description
- Technical leadership of an end-to-end team (approx. 20 employees) from order intake control, through technical review to after-sales management
- Operational management of a diverse team in order processing and solar system installation: organizing and coordinating the solar build from system planning to operating approval for private customers (incl. grid operator and customer communication)
- Continuous development of processing workflows and active team management to ensure efficient processes and meet cost-effectiveness
- Leading installation partner management with the key interface to subcontractors and service partners: building and expanding the partner network through new acquisitions and support
- Close cooperation with the sales team for coordinated execution of secured customer orders (incl. effort and capacity estimation, order prioritization, availability-based pricing)
- Support and close interface to our client’s leadership team in shaping and directing the German B2C solar business
- Taking over communication with customers and subcontractors when needed
Requirements
- Experience in leadership roles, change management and highly process-oriented tasks
- Completed degree in business or engineering sciences or equivalent qualification
- Experience in leadership roles, change management and highly process-oriented tasks
- Hands-on manager who enjoys interacting with customers, employees and interfaces
- Solid professional experience in German solar system construction with a technical focus
- Experience in system construction as well as working with subcontractors, customers and technical planning
- Enjoy shaping and living operational processes with lots of people and customer contact
- Leadership personality who highlights creative thinking and is ready to take new paths to reach goals and has proven success in building and developing teams
- Strong ability to prioritize and assess medium- and long-term impacts, with a good mix of strategic and operational mindset
