Description
To strengthen data-driven cross- and upsell as well as retention campaigns, Customer Interaction operates a platform where campaign processes, including a profiler, are developed, orchestrated, and monitored. Support is needed in the following areas:
Analysis & Consulting
- Technical and business analysis of existing campaign processes
- Advice on data flows, selections, and profiling strategies
PL/SQL Development
- Implementing and optimizing data selection, transformation, and and aggregation pipelines in Oracle PL/SQL
- Mapping given business logic for customer segmentation
Testing & Quality Assurance
- Planning and conducting unit, integration, and regression tests
- Documenting test cases and results
Operations & Monitoring
- Monitoring running jobs and workflows (performance, error handling)
- Tuning SQL queries and batch processes
Communication Outputs
- Connecting to and feeding delivery channels like email, SMS, outbound calls, and mail
- Implementing data-driven personalization and targeting
Requirements
- Proven experience in CRM management and campaign processes.
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL development is a plus
- Knowledge of data flows, profiling strategies, and customer segmentation.
- Experience in testing, quality assurance, and SQL query optimization.
- Familiarity with communication channels like email, SMS, and outbound calls.
