Set and executed Mavenoid’s go-to-market plan and sales strategy, including positioning, market research, messaging, defining the ideal customer profile, structuring the sales process, developing the pitch, and setting the pricing structure and business model.
Recruited, led, and trained the sales team in its growth from two to eight employees. Conducted 120+ interviews for roles across the company. Under my leadership, the ARR grew by 10% MoM. Expanded from being a Europe-based team to establishing Mavenoid in the US, including hiring and setting up the commercial team in a new market.
Delivered 70% of the revenue between the seed round and Series A and 50% between Series A and Series B through individual contributions by signing deals with Bosch, HP, Logitech, De’Longhi, Jabra, Wallbox, Medion, and Cambridge Audio.
