As a Diplom-Ökonomin, I was a Management Consultant at Mercuri Urval and held leadership roles at IBM and Computacenter. I then ran my own recruitment consultancy for 17 years and founded and built the job platform XXtalents. I know the questions management faces from my own experience: revenue, speed, capacity, and the question of who will take the company into its next phase. I am equally familiar with the realities of companies, leaders, and candidates. That is exactly why I can quickly understand business models, markets, and situations and develop solutions that work in practice.
