I have been working for about 15 years in software specification and development as a technical project manager, lead developer, and system architect in agile teams. My project portfolio covers banking, government agencies, wholesale, healthcare, automotive, and telecommunications. My role includes analyzing business requirements, contributing to requirement documents (e.g. user stories), designing the related data models and interface architectures, and implementing them according to current IT standards in agile frameworks.

I design or extend microservices cloud architectures as well as full-stack applications in modern IT systems using JEE, Spring Boot, and Micronaut frameworks, with SQL or NoSQL databases and REST interfaces or asynchronous event-driven models based on message queues like ActiveMQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ.

I usually work with in-house or nearshore teams of about 5–10 people, including specialized frontend and backend developers. I often take on a coordinating and steering role, create detailed specifications, and conduct progress tracking and code reviews according to the agreed acceptance criteria. My main focus in Java and Kotlin development is the backend, but I also work on the frontend (especially React).

I also have a strong background in test automation and test-driven development, and in setting up CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitLab/Bitbucket with Docker and Ansible.

I am communicative, adapt quickly to new domains, and have an autonomous and methodical approach. I am used to working out and aligning constructive solutions with all stakeholders even in complex or conflict situations.
