I step in as an interim or fractional executive when an organization needs to deliver a complex program, regain control of an area or function, improve its performance, or govern a transformation. I work across operations, technology, and governance, in regulated and technology-intensive environments, reporting to CEOs and boards.
Over 26 years, I have worked through several technology, regulatory, and economic cycles, across industries, markets, and functions. This helps me recognize recurring patterns early, transfer proven management practices, and question assumptions embedded in an operating model.
I have worked independently since 2004, first in telecommunications engineering and, since 2008, in executive roles across medical devices, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods manufacturing, energy storage, banking and insurance. I was co-owner and board member of a medical device manufacturer, and I co-founded an IoT company that brought a patented device to pre-production.
Each engagement is structured to leave behind an operating model, governance cadence, KPIs, and documentation that the organization can continue to run after handover. I use new technologies, AI included, in my daily work; my role is to make sure the organization governs them through clear processes, responsibilities, and release discipline.
