With over 24 years of professional experience as a Windows Administrator in 2nd and 3rd level support, I have in-depth expertise and strong problem-solving skills in complex IT environments. In my role as a sub-project manager for server and client operating system migrations, I gained valuable experience in strategic planning and execution of large IT projects. I worked closely with well-known companies and banks—especially in high-availability data centers—which has significantly strengthened my ability to work under pressure and in security-critical environments.

My expertise includes administering Windows Server operating systems, including installation, configuration, maintenance, and patch management. I am also skilled in network administration and implementing security policies according to current best practices. In 2nd and 3rd level support, I analyzed and resolved complex incidents efficiently, always aiming to ensure the integrity and availability of the IT infrastructure.

A key focus of my career is the migration of server and client operating systems. I have been responsible for the entire process—from analysis and planning to execution and follow-up. My focus has always been on a low-risk, smooth, and uninterrupted implementation.
