• I joined the project as SAP EWM Application Consultant to implement SAP EWM for a large external warehouse as part of the customer's logistics transformation. The project included harmonizing inbound processes, integrating external transportation platforms, and connecting two ERP systems to a single EWM warehouse.

• The objective was to establish consistent warehouse processes, ensure seamless integration across system boundaries, and provide a scalable solution based on the global SAP EWM template.

• In my role, I gathered business requirements, translated them into technical solution concepts, and was responsible for the technical implementation. I configured SAP EWM, created ABAP specifications, coordinated development, validated interfaces, and supported technical enhancements. Key topics included differentiated inbound processes, an EWM-managed quarantine process, integration of MyLeo and Transporeon, and adapting IDoc mappings to correctly distribute deliveries while excluding non-EWM-relevant items. I supported the project from workshops and design through testing, key-user training, UAT, cutover, go-live, and hypercare, contributing to a successful SAP EWM rollout within a lean project team.

• I joined the project as Project Manager to lead the implementation of mobile SAP ECC WM applications as part of the customer's warehouse digitalization initiative across three European locations. The project focused on simplifying complex Handling Unit (HU) processes through intuitive mobile applications.

• The objective was to optimize inbound, packing, and outbound logistics, reduce process complexity and errors, and improve warehouse efficiency and user satisfaction.

• As Project Manager following PRINCE2, I was responsible for the complete project lifecycle, from process workshops and solution design to managing the implementation team, budget, and customer communication. I coordinated business and IT, ensured transparent project governance through regular status meetings and reporting, and supported testing, go-live, and hypercare. I coordinated the development of SAP Fiori applications based on SAP UI5, OData services, and ABAP to simplify HU processes and supported the integration of the overall HU management solution. The successful implementation accelerated warehouse processes, reduced errors, increased user acceptance, and established a long-term partnership, making us the customer's preferred logistics implementation partner.

• I joined a global Brownfield SAP S/4HANA transformation program supporting the migration of multiple production sites from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA. After the migration program had already started, I was brought in as Migration Coordinator to strengthen planning, execution, and governance across the implementation.

• I was responsible for establishing and maintaining detailed migration and cutover plans, coordinating a cross-functional team of approximately 40 consultants, assigning and tracking activities, and ensuring timely completion of all migration tasks. I worked closely with the individual production sites to identify site-specific requirements and integrate them into the migration plan. In addition, I prepared weekly migration status reports for senior management and facilitated regular Steering Committee meetings to ensure transparency and alignment across all stakeholders.

• By introducing structured migration governance, clear planning, and proactive coordination, I helped stabilize the migration process. During my assignment, two production sites were successfully migrated while meeting planned timelines for the first time. The improved coordination increased transparency, strengthened collaboration between business and IT, and significantly improved the satisfaction of the production sites throughout the migration.

• As Project Manager, I led the implementation of mobile SAP WM applications to digitalize and optimize warehouse processes from goods receipt to production supply. The project aimed to increase efficiency, transparency, and process reliability by replacing manual activities with mobile, real-time supported workflows.

• The key challenge was the customer's extremely tight timeline, as the mobile applications had to be fully operational by February 2023 to support a dependent business initiative. To meet this deadline without exceeding the approved budget, I established a nearshore delivery model that enabled multiple developers to work in parallel. This significantly accelerated the implementation while maintaining high quality and cost efficiency.

• I was responsible for organizing and facilitating workshops, developing the implementation concept, managing the project, coordinating the distributed project team, and overseeing budget controlling and customer management. Through structured project governance, regular status meetings, and close collaboration between the customer, the nearshore team, and internal stakeholders, I ensured the successful on-time delivery of the solution, creating a solid foundation for the customer's ongoing warehouse digitalization strategy.

• Following the successful implementation of the material information application, I led the next phase of the customer's digital transformation by introducing a suite of mobile SAP MM applications covering logistics processes from goods receipt to goods issue. The objective was to replace paper-based and manual activities with standardized mobile workflows, increasing process efficiency, transparency, and user satisfaction across the warehouse.

• As Project Manager, I was responsible for defining the project roadmap, conducting workshops to identify business requirements, creating the implementation concept, and coordinating the project team throughout all project phases. I managed project planning, budget controlling, customer communication, and stakeholder alignment while ensuring timely delivery through regular status meetings, reports, and daily coordination. By combining structured project management with close collaboration between business and IT, I helped establish a scalable mobile solution that significantly advanced the customer's warehouse digitalization strategy and laid the foundation for future process improvements.

• As Project Manager, I led the introduction of a mobile material information application to modernize warehouse processes and improve the daily work of warehouse employees. Previously, employees relied on personal know-how or stationary terminals to locate materials and retrieve information, making the process time-consuming and inefficient.

• The project aimed to digitalize this workflow by providing a mobile application that allows employees to search for materials, view stock levels, access and upload material images, and update fixed storage locations in SAP MM. This improved usability, increased transparency, and simplified daily operations.

• I was responsible for project management, budgeting and controlling, solution design, customer management, and coordination of the project team. I facilitated workshops, aligned business requirements with the implementation team, monitored progress through status meetings and reports, and ensured effective stakeholder communication. The project successfully reduced administrative effort, increased user acceptance, and created the foundation for further digitalization initiatives at the customer.

• I managed a project to introduce a standardized digital procurement process that simplified purchasing activities and increased transparency across the organization. The objective was to replace inconsistent purchasing procedures with a guided SAP Fiori application that leads users through the procurement process, minimizes errors, and ensures compliance with company purchasing policies through a multi-level approval workflow.

• As Project Manager, I was responsible for the overall project delivery, including project planning, budget controlling, team coordination, stakeholder communication, and customer expectation management. I facilitated workshops with business stakeholders to analyze existing procurement processes, gathered requirements, and developed the functional concept for the new solution. Throughout the project, I coordinated the implementation team, organized regular status meetings and daily stand-ups, and ensured transparent communication with all stakeholders.

• The solution included the integration of an external supplier catalog, providing users with an intuitive, Amazon-like purchasing experience while maintaining centralized governance and approval processes. The implementation resulted in reduced purchasing errors, accelerated approval cycles, and increased overall process efficiency.

• I led my first project as an official Project Manager for a customer in the Swiss gas industry. The objective was to replace paper-based documentation and archiving of maintenance notifications with a digital solution that complies with the industry's strict regulatory and documentation requirements.

• I was responsible for the overall project management, including budget controlling, project planning, coordination of the project team, stakeholder communication, and customer expectation management. Together with the customer, I conducted workshops to analyze the existing processes, developed the functional concept, and ensured that the solution met both business and compliance requirements. Throughout the project, I organized regular status meetings, daily stand-ups, and progress reports to maintain transparency and keep all stakeholders aligned.

• The project resulted in the successful implementation of a Neptune application that enables maintenance notifications to be created, reviewed, approved, and archived digitally. By replacing the former paper-based process, the solution increased process transparency, improved efficiency, reduced operational costs through lower paper consumption, and contributed to a more sustainable way of working while ensuring regulatory compliance.

• In parallel with the SAP S/4HANA transformation projects, I provided ongoing application support and operational consulting for multiple production sites of the same international customer. The objective was to ensure stable business operations while continuously improving logistics and production processes across the SAP PP, MM, and WM landscape.

• As part of the support organization, I was responsible for processing and resolving 1st, 2nd, and 3rd level support tickets, analyzing incidents, and implementing sustainable solutions. For more complex business requirements, I created technical and functional concepts, implemented the requested enhancements, coordinated testing activities, and planned and executed deployments together with the affected production sites. I also resolved critical production issues and ensured a smooth transition of new functionalities into productive use.

• In addition, I was responsible for the support, maintenance, and continuous enhancement of the customer's mobile warehouse applications. By combining process knowledge with technical expertise, I ensured reliable system operations, minimized downtime, and delivered improvements that increased efficiency and user satisfaction across the supported plants.

• I supported a critical SAP S/4HANA go-live for a client where the project had already been running for an extended period and was approaching a very tight deadline. At the time of my involvement, the system was not yet fully ready for go-live, creating significant pressure on the project team to stabilize and finalize all open topics.

• The main objective of the project was to ensure a successful and timely transition to SAP S/4HANA, including the readiness of all business-critical processes and custom developments.

• Having previously worked with the client as a developer for mobile applications, I proactively offered my support for the go-live phase. Due to my deep understanding of the existing processes and custom-built solutions, I was able to quickly contribute to critical areas of the project. My responsibilities included system customizing, executing and coordinating tests, adapting existing developments to ensure compatibility with S/4HANA, and supporting data migration activities.

• A key contribution was my involvement in the introduction of a new material number concept, including the migration of legacy material numbers to the new structure. I ensured that all related processes and developments were properly adjusted and tested to function seamlessly in the new system environment.

• The objective of this project was to introduce a standardized process for communication between L1, L2, and L3 support by using the HPSM ticketing system and SAP Solution Manager 7.2. This approach aimed to reduce the workload of L3 support by ensuring that they are only contacted through standardized channels via L2 support. As a result, L3 support can better structure customer projects, leading to cost savings and increased customer satisfaction.

• Project tasks included defining standardized processes using the HPSM ticketing system and SAP Solution Manager 7.2, as well as modeling these processes and documenting them in SharePoint.

• My responsibility was to implement the defined processes and ensure that all stakeholders involved had access to them.
