- The Business Intelligence project from the Federal Employment Agency includes: More than 90 terabytes, More than 60,000 database tables, More than 600 billion data records in the data warehouse, More than 1,200 dimensions in the data warehouse
- This data is used by the Federal Employment Agency's statistics department and the Federal Employment Agency's Institute for Employment Research (IAB). The project also provides and operates a Business Intelligence Self-Service for employment agencies and job centers, as well as a controlling portal for the BA internal processes.

- The role consisted of leading a group of developers and analysts in the establishment of the new data warehouse and a Power BI / Fabric-based reporting system based on the complete Microsoft stack, on-premise and in the cloud with Microsoft Fabric, as well as Oracle. - Lead Database Modeler for the TARGETT2/T2S Consolidation project of the Deutsche Bundesbank European Central Bank.
- The objective is to meet changing market demands by replacing TARGET2 with a new real-time gross settlement (RTGS) system called T2 and optimizing liquidity management across all TARGET Services.
- The consolidated platform features a centralized tool that allows participants to steer, manage and monitor central bank liquidity across all TARGET Services. The tool functions via a main cash account that participants can open with a national central bank. This account will be linked to the participant's dedicated cash accounts for the new RTGS system, T2S and TIPS (Target Instant Payment Settlement).
- The main cash account offers a dashboard for a centralized overview of liquidity positions and advanced liquidity management tools, meaning a higher level of automation. An important feature is that any liquidity held on dedicated cash accounts will be considered for minimum reserve purposes without the need to transfer the balances back to the main cash account.
- The project is coordinated centrally from the ECB with the Data Warehouse development being performed at the Deutsche Bundesbank in Germany.
- The role involved managing a team of 5 database modelers whose goal is to model the centerpiece of the project: a Data Warehouse using Data Vault 2.0 methodology (Raw Vault and Business Vault) to store the data from more than 11 source systems feeding data to the ECB. Additional data-marts were built using Kimball Methodology.
- This also included gathering the business and technical requirements from analysts in various languages in Europe.

- One of the largest German companies decided to establish the Microsoft BI platform (including Power BI and later Fabric) on a company-wide basis. The ramp-up process was to begin in 2017 and continue through mid-2019. The assigned role was Project Manager / Senior Architect (and part-time Scrum Master).
- As Project Manager, the role involved working with the Product Owner of the MSBI platform as well as supporting the requirements gathering phase of new projects that started using the MS BI platform.
- The Senior Architect role required designing the platform landscape to support many projects, as well as designing the solutions for individual projects. This also included direct development work to support the young development team located in India, Germany and Vietnam. - The world's largest provider of Tax Free Shopping services designs and implements a new transactional system to support its core business processes of providing travelers with a tax free shopping experience. The new transactional system consisted of replacing over 200 legacy systems and subsystems.
- The assigned role of Interim Technical Project Lead in charge of Data Modelling and Data Migration involved managing a team of several on-shore and off-shore developers (Vienna, Bangalore, Chennai, Singapore, New York). - The project was conceived as a series of input screens to enter budget data for a sales force of 200 employees. The sales and contracts of approximately 60,000 points of sale (POS) are budgeted and planned through the application. The application uses data from the in-house CRM system as well as detailed customer information from SAP. The application is designed to help the sales team plan the coming year according to the yearly sales strategy including cash rewards, material rewards, on-site visits and POS marketing material. The planning data is entered, aggregated and presented in several complex reports for both management as well as the sales reps.
- The application is adapted every year to the business process due to changes in the yearly sales strategy.
- As of 2012 the application has been completely re-programmed to take into account major business process changes as well as infrastructure changes. The same work is being performed for this new project.

- For a major cigarette and tobacco company, this tool is used to track budgets and material for a team of 50 sales employees that visit approximately 11,000 legal aged meeting points (LAMPS), including restaurants, bars, clubs and discotheques. The sales team budgets several million Euros every year using the tool, which they then give to clients as rewards or use to stage marketing events such as Formula 1 racing. The team also tracks material placed at customer's sites such as ashtrays, parasols, cigarette lighters etc. In total, over 5,000 different articles for marketing purposes are tracked with the ENBMT.
