With over 10 years of experience in co-design and facilitation, I design and lead collaborative processes that help people navigate complexity, build shared understanding and move from ideas to action. My work sits at the intersection of strategy, collaboration and creativity. I combine in-person and online formats to create meaningful spaces where diverse perspectives can meet, decisions can emerge, and ownership is shared. I collaborate with international organizations, companies and cultural networks across Europe, supporting short-, mid- and long-term journeys from exploration and sense-making to prototyping and implementation.
