Summary
During my time at VITA, the recruitment offshoot of Vindler GmbH, I was tasked with the role of a senior/lead Technical Recruiter. I operated as a 360 recruiter, sourcing both candidates and clients.
My daily tasks involved sourcing candidates for a wide range of roles, everything from IT system administrators to ultra-niche data profiles. I also won contracts for Vindler/VITA with client businesses that were seeking to fill roles, primarily in Germany, but also in countries spread throughout Europe and beyond.
I am skilled with a variety of ATS systems having worked with numerous external clients and given my own technical background I can quickly pick up any new technology put in front of me.
