The assets of the insolvent Impuls Aircraft GmbH were separated from the insolvency proceedings and transferred to XtremeAir GmbH. As the founding managing director, I completed the transaction with the insolvency administrator. With the then Xtreme 3000, we built the first airworthy prototype from an original model within 9 months, which immediately won first place in the Unlimited category at the 2006 German Championships with Klaus Schrodt. In parallel with the development of the prototype, we built a production hall with an area of 2500 sqm (including administration and warehouse). Subsequently, the production aircraft and the operations (manufacturing, maintenance and development operations) were certified by EASA.
