As the founding managing director, I handled the transaction with the insolvency administrator. With the then Xtrem 3000, we built the first flight-capable prototype from an initial model within 9 months, which at the 2006 German Championship with Klaus Schrodt won first place in the Unlimited category. Parallel to the prototype development, we built a 2,500 m² production hall (including offices and storage). Subsequently, the production aircraft and the operations (manufacturing, maintenance, and development) were certified by EASA.
