Description
- Gather business, IT and process requirements to consolidate the app portfolio within the global Digital Workplace Program
- Ensure accurate documentation of the processes and the functional and non-functional requirements of the business
- Conduct quality/UAT tests for the delivered processs
- Support the planning and excecution of E2E implementation projects
Requirements
- In-depth experience in requirements and process management, especially in gathering, analysis, consolidating, and managing business, functional, non-functional and technical requirements
- Ability to map process gaps and requirements and document them thoroughly in the right format
- Expertise in various IT infrastructure topics, especially M365, Intune, Autopilot
- Know-how in using different IT project and process management tools and methods (e.g. Service Now, PMI, PMP, BABOK, CPRE, IREB), ideally proven by relevant certifications
- Analytical skills combined with a structured way of working and "finisher"-mentality Fluency in English
