• Project manager for the SAP FI rollouts in two companies / Turkey and Germany: Responsible for the conception phase, training, process recording, documentation, migration of the relevant data, GoLive, follow-up support up to the first monthly closing
• Implementation of SEPA payment transactions:
• Implementation and testing of the patch Upgrade to EHP 6, analysis of the master data of all affected companies (17 in the SEPA payment area), update of all necessary data using various tools, introduction of mandate management from SAP, conception of various scenarios for obtaining B2B mandates, GoLive of the first company in January 2013, follow-up support and verification of the relevant master data.

Migration and setup profit center accounting with subsequent handover to BCS for consolidation in SAP R/3 as well as introduction of asset accounting and profit center accounting in the Indian national company (on site)
