Summary
Most AI projects never get past the pilot. My background is the step they skip: taking things from prototype to series production.
I started on factory floors, greenfield planning for Volkswagen in Tianjin, then production strategy at BMW. Later I led a Simultaneous Engineering team of 15+ people for high-voltage battery safety components to SOP.
During parental leave I built the operations of Finanselor from scratch and founded Qlarin, where I bring AI into the processes companies already run.
