Over the past 20+ years I've led large-scale IT transitions in complex, high-stakes environments - post-merger integrations, carve-outs, platform migrations, and enterprise architecture overhauls. Most recently as Overall Transition Lead for the UK National Lottery's 4th license: a full end-to-end replacement of the technology stack, including data migration, software deployment to 45,000 point-of-sale terminals, and go-live coordination for 19 million online players - delivered on time, with no critical incidents.
