Description
- Advising the Digital Analytics department teams on introducing and practically implementing OKRs in a corporate context
- Supporting and advising the OKR Masters on:
- Defining, coordinating, and reviewing OKRs
- Preparing, prioritizing, and assigning quarterly OKRs
- Setting up and running kick-off events
- Guiding and evaluating the OKR review process
- Providing expert advice to the OKR Master on OKR definition, implementation, and review
- Documenting the defined OKRs in JIRA, Confluence, and Miro
- Advising OKR Masters on introducing and monitoring agile processes (e.g., Scrum)
- Analyzing existing agile processes and developing decision templates for optimization
- Documenting decision processes in PowerPoint, Word, Confluence, and JIRA
- Organizing and conducting workshops on agility
- Preparing workshop materials and presentations in PowerPoint
Requirements
Professional Expertise
- In-depth knowledge of OKR frameworks (Objectives & Key Results) and their implementation in complex corporate structures
- Experience advising and supporting OKR Masters in introducing, managing, and reviewing goal systems
- Familiarity with common agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and their implementation in cross-functional teams
Methodology & Process Consulting
- Experience prioritizing and managing quarterly goals within agile structures
- Proficient in designing and conducting OKR kick-offs and review cycles
- Analyzing existing agile processes and developing targeted improvement measures
Tools & Documentation
- Confident use of tools such as:
- JIRA (OKR tracking, ticketing, workflow design)
- Confluence (documentation, decision logs, knowledge management)
- Miro (collaboration, workshop preparation)
- PowerPoint & Word (workshop materials, decision templates)
Communication & Enablement
- Experience organizing and moderating workshops on agility & goal systems
- Ability to present complex topics appropriately for teams, leaders, and stakeholders
- Strong consulting skills at the intersection of business, transformation, and operational execution
