Description
Our client has engaged us to transform their 300+ FTE IT unit from a traditional organization to DevOps. For this exciting, challenging project we are looking for your support in the phase of sustainable stabilization:
Your tasks:
- Agile Coaching of teams and individuals
- Help the team to continuously improve their Agile way of working by providing training, feedback, mentoring, and coaching
- Accompany the teams in successfully achieving their set targets to achieve elements of the DevOps Charter, which is mainly about establishing Scrum Master and Product Owner roles, T-Shaping, AWS and end-to-end responsibility from an Agile process and Agile mindset viewpoint
- Support in the creation of training plans
- Collaboration in the creation of stakeholder reports
Requirements
- You know and live state-of-the-art SW development methodologies and processes, in particular DevOps, as described in the DevOps Handbook and Accelerate.
- You are an enabler with didactic skills and enjoy passing on your knowledge to others
- Experience with
- Establishing, executing and continuously improving Scrum and Kanban rituals
- Transforming teams from traditional processes to Agile
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master, Kanban Coach, or Product Owner
- Systematic prioritization
- Stakeholder alignment
- Willingness and ability to share knowledge within the team
