Design activities:

Workpiece carriers (WT) with various product fixtures and interchangeable parts

Handling: pick-and-place, robot systems with gripper adapters, feeding devices, singulation with part orientation

Drive trains: design with overload, torque, and speed control; adaptation of the driven part (release device with adapter couplings)

Test benches: automatic adaptation of pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical connections; workpiece clamping and transport; measuring test values (shape, deformation, pneumatics, hydraulics, electronics)

Production equipment: press-in and staking tools; guiding, holding, and embossing fixtures

Transport systems: linking systems for WT’s (stoppers, lifting and positioning), powered longitudinal and transverse roller conveyors, lift and rotary tables, overhead conveyor, stacker cranes

Assembly: controlled pressing, turning, screwing, joining, forming; labeling; setting specified values (position, preload, angle); sorting (OK and NOK parts); packaging

Safety devices: complete safety enclosures made of aluminum extrusion profiles (e.g. Bosch, Item); manual workstation guarding

Plastic injection-molded parts: battery packs and chargers for cordless power tools

Complex use of pulse generators (end and safety switches, magnetic/optical/laser sensors, torque measurement shafts, pressure and tension load cells, photoelectric sensors) with control interfaces

Documentation: assemblies as 3D models and 2D drawings; individual parts as 3D models and 2D manufacturing drawings; projects from concept to manufacturing drawings, bills of materials, and calculations
