Summary
I am a BPM consultant and help small and medium-sized companies make their processes visible and secure knowledge before it leaves the company with one person. I come from operational business and know how processes really work in practice: I talk to the people who do the work, record the current state and document it in BPMN, supported by AI. The result is a workflow that the team understands and applies, often on a single page. I then optimize it together with the team and support the implementation until it works without me.

BPM stands for Business Process Management, meaning the question: How does work get done in the company, and how can it be made easier? I connect structure, people and technology so that change runs more clearly. Typical reasons are growth, a new ERP or CRM, AI and automation, as well as succession and handover.
