My passion for the agile mindset is contagious. I'm convinced that a growth mindset is crucial for a successful agile way of working. My goal is to broaden the mindset of employees and managers, promote greater developmental maturity and create a common understanding. It's particularly important to me to take each individual into account.

In an agile organization, the focus is on constantly expanding and improving contact and collaboration with the customer. You tailor your solution to your user needs and continuously optimize it. To do this, we use customer-centric metrics to measure success and involve the customer in product development as early as possible.

With the help of moderated and timeboxed events, I lead workshops and meetings in a targeted manner to results and decisions. The agile process and already implemented methods are monitored by me and, if necessary, optimized with the team. Whether you work with Kanban, Scrum or another agile framework, I adapt to it and jnd the best possible way with the team. With the help of an iterative approach, weak points are regularly inspected and adNustments made.
