In my role as a software architect at DTS-Net, I was responsible for designing the control software for the production of electric motors. As Lead Developer, I led a team of ten specialists and drove development forward. My main responsibilities also included setting up and configuring a Jenkins server, which made it possible to automatically check the application for correctness and create artifacts after every commit. This strategic implementation played a key role in ensuring software quality within the production chain.

As part of this project, I also developed the application's user interface (GUI) using the cross-platform framework Maui. This enabled a consistent and efficient GUI design that works seamlessly across platforms such as Windows, Android, and Linux. This cross-platform capability significantly increased the software's flexibility and accessibility.

As a software architect, I designed the control software for the production of electric motors and drove development forward as Lead Developer in a team of ten. The goal of this project at Tecan was to modernize existing COBOL infrastructure by migrating to a modern, high-performance web architecture.

• System migration: Successfully migrated a legacy COBOL application to a modern ASP.NET Web API environment.

For the “IoT Van” project, we built an agile microservice architecture for vehicle control based on Azure Service Fabric. As lead developer, I was responsible for the entire service lifecycle—from planning and development through integration to deployment. By focusing on performance and reliability, I helped bring the project to a successful close and ensure smooth, customer-focused control of the vans.

As part of the development and enhancement of a business-critical tool for analyzing nationwide train data, I was responsible for the entire process, from planning to implementation. My focus was on extending the Wicket web interface and integrating it seamlessly with internal database systems. I also optimized the system landscape by expanding web service interfaces. The project was built using a hybrid tech stack of Java (Wicket) and C# (.NET Framework), with each language accounting for half of the work. I also independently designed the C#-based analysis tool. Thanks to this flexible approach, the project was completed successfully and received consistently positive feedback from users.

As part of a comprehensive redesign of the globally used ISAR authoring system for workshop documentation and vehicle diagnostics, I led the design and development of key components. As the responsible software architect, I designed a future-proof system and led its technical implementation with the development team. This modernization of the software architecture successfully brought the business-critical system up to date with the latest technology. It also helps ensure the reliable use of the aftersales platform by workshops and service technicians worldwide for years to come.

As Lead Developer, I played a key role in the software architecture and development of an innovative information system for an industrial environment. The system combines data from production lines, robots, and the Soflex server to provide a comprehensive, real-time view of production processes. I was responsible for designing the system architecture and successfully led the development team through implementation. By intelligently using real-time data to identify bottlenecks, we significantly increased production productivity and greatly reduced response times when problems occurred.
