Description
- Technical analysis of the current PLUSS (payroll) and OPEN (HR, administration, organization)
- Assess feasibility of migrating to SAP S4H4 or SuccessFactors
- Support in developing an MVP proposal for the SAP S4H4 or SuccessFactors solution (Minimum Viable Product)
- Identify improvement opportunities in the existing landscape
- Integrate enhancements into the SAP solution
- Assist in creating reports to present analysis results and the MVP proposal
Requirements
- Business Analyst with extensive knowledge and experience in SAP S4H4 and SuccessFactors
- Knowledge of SAP on-premise architecture
- Experience in technical migrations
- SAP Solution Manager
- Experience with MVP proposals
- Fluent in German and English
