• Develop, maintain and optimize the central Coupa instance to ensure streamlined and effective processes.
• Design and maintain dashboards or ad hoc reports and visualize it in an understandable way for both technical and non-technical colleagues.
• Establish scalable, efficient, automated processes for large PtP platform.
• Support in connecting Coupa to the ERP and maintain the integration flows, proactively suggesting improvements

• Electronic invoicing in +20 countries, WHT, Prepayment, Dispute/Credit Note processes
• Optimizing & streamlining processes in P2P and AP by using RPA technology

• Analyzes industry trends and procurement performance to support a supply category; reports results of analyses to procurement manager.
• Collaborates with internal and external partners to meet procurement objectives.
