I am a long-serving, experienced controller, accountant, and finance manager. I am responsible for controlling and accounting, as well as internal control, risk management, SOX, cash flow management, cooperation with auditors, authorities and banks, insurance, legal matters, IT, HR, etc. Courage, reliability, responsibility, initiative, and loyalty are a given for a professional, as are analytical thinking, a practical approach, flexibility, and the ability to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.
I have experience with SAP and in creating my own management information systems and reporting tools (automation and combining Excel + Access, including VBA), which save a lot of time. I have several years of work experience with IFRS, US GAAP, HGB, and CZ/SK GAAP.
