Summary
I'm a long-time experienced controller, accountant and finance manager. I'm responsible for controlling and accounting, as well as internal control, risk management, SOX, cash flow management, liaising with auditors, authorities and banks, insurance, legal matters, IT, HR, etc. Courage, reliability, responsibility, initiative and loyalty go without saying for a professional, as do analytical thinking, a practical approach, flexibility and the ability to solve problems effectively and promptly.
I have experience with SAP and building my own management information systems and reporting tools (automating and combining Excel + Access, including VBA), which save significant time. I have many years of professional experience with IFRS, US GAAP, HGB and CZ/SK GAAP.
As a reference for my qualifications, I present my long career with well-known international companies (mostly FMCG and automotive), where I gained deep experience in all areas of financial management, implementing controlling processes, team management and various projects. In all these positions I made a significant contribution to improving work efficiency, e.g. by consistently following conceptual and systematic work, introducing new standard processes and applying constant pressure on efficiency gains.
