I am a long-time experienced controller, accountant and finance manager. I am responsible for controlling and accounting, as well as internal control, risk management, SOX, cash flow management, cooperation with auditors, authorities and banks, insurance, legal affairs, IT, HR etc. Courage, reliability, responsibility, initiative and loyalty are a matter of course for a professional, as are analytical thinking, a practical approach, flexibility and the ability to solve problems effectively and in a timely manner.

I have experience with SAP and with creating my own management information systems and reporting tools (automation and combining Excel + Access, including VBA), which save a lot of time. I have several years of professional experience with IFRS, US GAAP, HGB and CZ/SK GAAP.

As a reference for my qualification, I present my long career with well-known international companies (mostly FMCG and automotive), where I gained deep experience in all areas of financial management, implementation of controlling processes, team management and various projects. In all these positions, I contributed significantly to improving work efficiency; for example, by consistently following conceptual and systematic work, introducing new standard processes and constantly pushing for efficiency improvements.
