Summary

Transformation and operations leader with 30+ years in Slovnaft (MOL Group) polymer commercial operations and 18+ years leading teams. Led three ERP rollouts (Oracle, BPCS, SAP), the separation of the polymers business into a new legal entity and its reintegration six years later, with the change affecting 50–70 employees across sales, marketing, customer service, HR and logistics. Since 2024, I have run my own company and applied the same discipline to AI-assisted processes: mapping workflows, deciding where human judgement, rules, automation and AI belong, and building tools that people actually use.

  • Oracle ERP implementation (2003). Project Leader for Purchasing, Sales, Customer Service and Polymer Logistics in the Oracle implementation: automated manual work, migrated and archived data, and modernised processes.
  • Carve-out into a new legal entity (2006). Project Leader for separating the polymers business from Slovnaft into a new legal entity (Slovnaft Petrochemicals) prepared for sale: sales, marketing, customer service, HR, logistics and management; ~50–70 employees; migration from Oracle to BPCS. Received a company award for the project.
  • Reintegration into the parent company (2012–2013). Project Leader for reintegrating the business into the parent company after six years: processes, roles, organisation and hand-overs while customer service continued; business lead for the polymers area in the BPCS → SAP migration.
  • Lean: end-to-end sample workflow (~2015). Replaced manual handling of free customer samples (e-mails, phone calls) with one IT workflow across 5 departments: request, approval, scheduling, ERP integration, production preparation and dispatch. Created one shared record for everyone involved, shortened preparation time and eliminated the need to chase updates.
  • IKEA IWAY supplier audit (2018). Appointed audit lead for the whole site against IKEA's supplier code of conduct (environment, health & safety, working conditions). Prepared every function – production, warehouses, waste, fire brigade, wastewater treatment, HR, sales, logistics – for a two-day audit. Certification obtained.
  • Security access system. Designed and implemented the vehicle access security system (Aktion) end to end for the guarded Slovnaft zone: from requirements to roll-out and training, ~50 users.
